We deliver all our packages to your home within 24/48/72 working hours after the order is placed through the GLS transport company.
The shipping cost will mainly depend on the order amount and the geographical location of the recipient's address.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS
These conditions will apply to shipments contracted in the absence of specific agreements or conditions arising from the uniqueness of each product or service.
The information regarding the order's destination is provided by the recipient and is their responsibility, not being verified by the transport agency, except in cases of imminent serious risk or authority orders.
Services will be provided Monday through Friday. Public holidays in the destination locality are excluded from the time calculation.
In case of failure to meet the agreed delivery deadline, compensation will consist of a refund of the shipping costs paid by the customer. Delays caused by the recipient's absence, change of address, unknown address, late deliveries on a second delivery attempt, force majeure, or other reasons not attributable to the transport agency will not be considered a breach of the delivery deadline. If the order is refused by the recipient or the recipient is absent, Giulio assumes no responsibility and reserves the right to charge the customer 100% of the order value.
Delivery will be made to the address designated by the recipient, except in cases of repeated absence, in which case delivery will be made to the nearest pickup point, communicated via phone call, SMS, or email. If the recipient is absent, a notice of the delivery attempt will be left, along with instructions on how to arrange delivery.
A signature from the recipient is required to proceed with the delivery of the merchandise. If the recipient refuses to sign for the order, the agency will be exempt from all responsibility.
The timeframe for filing a claim for damage to the merchandise will be 24 hours from delivery if the damage is not externally noticeable.
RETURNS
Our return policy applies only to orders placed directly through www.giulio.es. Therefore, if you purchased a product from small specialty shops or distributors of our brand, please contact the store directly for your return.
We do not want returning a product or making an exchange to be a headache for our customers. Thus, our return system is designed to facilitate this task. Below, we address any questions related to returns and exchanges.
WHICH PRODUCTS CAN BE EXCHANGED/RETURNED
At Giulio, we accept returns of any product purchased through our website www.giulio.es, for any reason. Whether the received product does not match the order, it is damaged or defective, or simply at the consumer's discretion. In all cases, the return procedure will be the same.
We recommend checking the shipment at the time of delivery to verify that the product arrived in good condition and as ordered.
HOW TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
If you received an incorrect order, or the products are damaged or defective, please accept our apologies first. These cases are very rare, but we know they can happen, and we will quickly resolve the issue.
Additionally, to facilitate the exchange of a size or a model you do not like, we will handle the process ourselves. Below are the steps to follow for both cases:
Contact us quickly and securely via phone or email (you will find the details at the end of this policy). At this time, provide your order number, the product to exchange, and the product you wish to receive.
We will respond as soon as possible to confirm the exchange process. We will also ask you to confirm that the delivery address provided initially is correct for the delivery and pickup.
We will manage a single delivery and pickup with GLS. Within 24/48 hours after confirming the exchange, the carrier will deliver the correct product and request the return of the incorrect product.
You only need to package the product to be returned securely (preferably in the same box it was sent in). No documentation needs to be included inside the package. The carrier will add the corresponding label. Ensure that the package to be returned is at the provided address.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
In the case of returns, for any reason, we also handle the management. The procedure will be similar to exchanges, but it includes the final refund of the corresponding amount. Below are the steps to follow:
Contact us quickly and securely via phone or email (you will find the details at the end of this policy). At this time, provide your order number, the product to return, and the reason for the return.
We will respond as soon as possible, asking whether you would like a different product in exchange or prefer a refund. We will also ask you to confirm that the delivery address provided initially is correct for the pickup.
We will request the pickup with GLS.
You only need to package the product to be returned securely (preferably in the same box it was sent in). No documentation needs to be included inside the package. The carrier will add the corresponding label. Ensure that the package to be returned is at the provided address.
Once we receive the package back at our facilities, we will check that it is in the same condition as when it was received. Once verified, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount. This will be received within the next 10 business days through the same payment method used for the original order.
WHAT ARE THE COSTS OF EXCHANGE/RETURN
Giulio covers the transportation costs related to exchanges and/or returns, making this process completely free for the customer.
If there is a second exchange/return for the same order, the direct cost of pickup/delivery must be borne by the customer.
WHAT ARE THE TIMEFRAMES FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN
The timeframe for exchanges and/or returns will be 30 business days, starting from the time of order delivery.
Except for products that have manufacturing defects over time. In this case, the period will be 6 months from the delivery date.
WHAT DOCUMENTATION DO I NEED TO INCLUDE IN THE RETURN
The carrier will not ask for any documentation, as the agency will take care of putting on the corresponding label and sending it to our facilities.
However, it is recommended that the packaging is in good condition, also including the corresponding order number from Giulio.
HOW IS A REFUND FOR A RETURNED PRODUCT PROCESSED
The full refund will be made once the delivery of the merchandise at our facilities is verified. The refund will then be processed using the same payment method that was used to place the order. This will be received by the customer within the next 10 business days.
